Bidwell Park

Upper Park is one of my favorite places to visit. It is my church, my sanctuary. At nearly 4,000 acres Bidwell Park is one of the nations largest and most beautiful municipal parks. I spend much of my free time there. I am an avid trail runner and Upper Park has a diverse variety of trails to traverse. It is both my place of physical activity and a place for quiet meditation. Jumping into the creek at one of my favorite swimming spots then sitting creek-side, basking in the sun is my therapy. I love Bidwell Park.
